Sathyashila Muddem is a seasoned software delivery management professional with over 22 years of experience in technology services delivery and pre-sales across various industries including manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare. As the Vice President of Technology at ACS, she is responsible for leading the technology and software delivery teams. Throughout her career, Sathyashila has played a variety of roles, including software engineer, system integration specialist, packaged applications consultant, and project/program manager. She has worked with some of the fortune 500 enterprises across the globe and has extensive experience working with global teams across geographies. Prior to joining ACS, Sathyashila was the Director at GGK Tech, where she was part of the leadership team responsible for running the company. Her primary focus was on delivery leadership, working with clients and teams, clients' relationship, mentoring teams, presales, and growth. Sathyashila joined GGK Technologies in February 2015, and ACS acquired GGK in January 2018. Before GGK Tech, Sathyashila worked at Infosys, where she was the Senior Project Manager and Delivery Manager for multiple large clients of Infosys. She was part of the Enterprise Solutions Group and led multiple delivery teams in the ERP space, primarily CRM. Sathyashila was responsible for start to end of the programs, project/program management, pre-sales, and ERP products consulting. Sathyashila holds a Master of Technology degree from IIT, a M.Tech. Final Sem and Internship from Technische Universität Berlin, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology. Her technical expertise includes integration and software engineering.
