Satish has been directly involved in executing projects for many overseas industry leaders in North America, Europe, South Korea, Vietnam, South Africa, Ghana, and the Middle East. He specializes in new product conceptualization, engineering delivery management, offshore and nearshore program management, organizational leadership, setting up startups, and high-growth organizations, as well as embedded and enterprise software development. Before joining Quinbay, Satish worked as a Senior Director at the same company, where he led the engineering team and helped in the development of various products. He also worked as an Associate Vice President at Innoviti, where he headed the Systems Engineering group, providing digital payment solutions. Innoviti is one of the best-known payment solution providers in India, specifically for credit and debit card acceptance. Satish owned the engineering delivery and new product initiatives on the next-gen platform with an average transaction of over $3Bn per year, with a vast customer base across 1000+ cities in India. Satish holds an M.Tech. degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a bachelor's degree from Karnatak University.
