Satish Velanki is a Talent Acquisition Leader with over 27 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he holds the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Mutual Mobile. He has previously worked as a Core Team Member at Karmahelp Foundation and as an Associate Director-Senior Recruiting Business Partner at Cognizant. Satish is a collaborative leader who has provided direction and oversight for a geographically dispersed team of more than 20 staff members. He has partnered with several internal functions like procurement, finance, legal, and IT system teams to implement Contingent Workforce ecosystem using IQN-Beeline across Cognizant North America. He has extensive experience with outsourcing, offshoring including vendor management, MSA negotiations, Statement of Work (SOW) development, and contracting models. He possesses deep experience in monitoring vendor management activities, vendor governance, and assesses vendor portfolio by analyzing data trends to design curated programs for specific BU’s. Satish has a Bachelors's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and has completed a course in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. He has a strong technical background and is skilled in AI, research, and infrastructure.
