Satyabrata Mohanty is the Founder of SmartX Connected Products Pvt. Ltd., where he leads innovation to help IoT product developers and designers. He is currently developing a visual programming language for IoT and relevant markets. With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, Satyabrata is a curious learner about wireless technologies and its inherent link with signal processing, mathematics, and SoC engineering. Before founding SmartX, Satyabrata worked as a System Architect at Heterogeneous, where he was part of building a smart connected platform catering to futuristic client requirements. He also front-ended customers for transforming “technical features” as part of their wish lists to develop a new product. During his time at Heterogeneous, Satyabrata led a small team with big dreams. Satyabrata has also worked as an Assisting Junior at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, where he offered part of an elective as gratuitous service on request. He has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Applied Optics from SSSIHL, a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Physics & Ballistics from Orissa HR Recruitment, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) from Orissa HR Recruitment. Satyabrata's tech stack includes senior software engineering, infra, and mobile development. He is a seasoned professional and a seasoned technocrat who enjoys leading teams and building innovative products.
