As a Senior Software Engineer Manager, he was one of the few founding members of the Azure databases for PostgreSQL project and worked on designing, developing, and leading multiple feature areas of the project. As a software engineering manager, he led and mentored the team to deliver multiple high-impact features in the services on time with high quality. Satyanarayana has also worked on various projects in the Azure Data team, including full-text search in SQL Azure and database options and SQL surface area. He holds a Masters's degree in Computer Science from IIT Guwahati and a B.Tech in Information Technology from JNTU.
