Saumya Das is a driven and enthusiastic SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant with a B.tech degree and strong communication skills. She believes in the mantra of "learning is the only constant to success" and is always open to new challenges. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Saumya has worked on end-to-end implementation projects for US-based pharmaceutical clients. She has hands-on experience in CDS views, AMDP developments, and other HANA artifacts. Additionally, Saumya has worked on parallel processing using SPTA framework and has good knowledge of the latest ABAP 7.4 and 7.5 syntax, HANA architecture, and Object-Oriented ABAP. She has developed outbound web-services using OData and has worked extensively on RICEF developments for SD (Order to Cash process) and MM (Procure to Pay) Modules. Saumya has also been exposed to inbound and outbound IDOCs/EDI. Saumya has implemented user-exits, VOFM routine, customer exits, BADI, RFC FM, BAPI, ALV reports, ALV IDA, and standard debugging. She has been a part of the performance tuning team and has worked on creating custom IMG nodes. Saumya's end-to-end experience includes requirement analysis, functional and technical handover, development, user testing, documentation, defect fixing, performance engineering, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Currently, Saumya is associated with developments pertaining to the SAP Transportation Management Module, which involves extensive use of BOPF. She is working as a Consultant with Deloitte and has previously worked as a Software Engineer with Accenture. At Accenture, she was responsible for working with the client to interpret business requirements and design technical solutions that meet the requirements. She developed multiple CDS and AMDP data procedures for custom requirements and worked on developing interfaces using Inbound/Outbound IDOCs. She built interactive ALV reports by using IDA framework and performed unit testing and prepared other related documents. Saumya has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed her high school from Delhi Public School, Durg. She also has experience working on embedded IoT solutions with the help of Raspberry Pi using Python language during her summer internship at Expertshub.
