Saumya Mukhopadhyay is a Life Sciences Commercialization professional with expertise in pipeline assessment, portfolio management, managed care, and disease area strategy in the US, EU, and APAC geographies. As a Decision Analytics Associate at ZS Associates, she has developed proficiency in various forecasting practices and analytical/statistical modeling. Saumya has assisted small-to-large scale pharmaceutical organizations in opportunity assessments, in-market forecasting & portfolio assessments. Saumya graduated from KIIT University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She is an ardent public speaker with a problem-solving driven attitude and a fascination towards history. Her hobbies include being a movie/shows critic and reading novels with greater interest across fantasy, crime, and drama genres. At ZS Associates, Saumya leads engagements spanning across a broad range of issue areas. Her role involves scoping, design thinking, project management, and client communication. She is currently working as a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant. Prior to ZS Associates, Saumya worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture. She served a 7-month tenure as Global Fixed Business Contractor(BID) in TCoE(Testing Center of Excellence) for Retail-Incentives Management(RIM) portfolio of PNC Bank, North America. Saumya has also worked on Project Releases based on Credit Card System, Mortgage Loan System, and Private Bank Incentive Banking system which conducted End-to-End Testing in all types including Manual, Performance, and Smoke Testing, assisting PNC Bank in Client Delivery Operations. Saumya has also worked as an Under Secretary General (Academics) at KIIT Student Activity Centre | KSAC. She was given the responsibility of heading the Academics Team for KIIT International Model United Conference 2016. The team comprised of 7 members of equal hierarchy, who were given the responsibility of maintaining, monitoring, and reporting Academic Workshops, guides, and Committee proceedings before and during the Conference. Saumya's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Mechanical Engineering from KIIT University. She also attended Delhi Public School, Allahabad, and Apeejay School. Saumya's tech stack includes expertise in Test, Software Engineering, and Quality Assurance (QA). She has a relevant experience of 5.86 years. Saumya is looking forward to expanding her expertise/role in the management consulting space.
