Saurabh Aditya Lal is an experienced DevOps Engineer with a passion for open source technologies. With over 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including 5 years in DevOps, Saurabh has a wealth of knowledge in the field. Currently working at Wunder Mobility as a DevOps Engineer, Saurabh is responsible for ensuring smooth application development processes with CI/CD and automation. Prior to his current role, Saurabh worked at S&P Global as a Software Configuration Management Developer, where he provided support to developers and maintained Artifactory using Terraform on AWS. He also worked on Xray to identify security issues in software and Gitlab CI/CD pipelines. As a Module Lead-DevOps Engineer at Sopra Steria, Saurabh supported the France team in deploying Java-based applications on OpenShift using Gitlab CI/CD. His focus was largely on infrastructure and build automation, and he was responsible for creating multiple deployments for different environments. He also managed Tomcat application server, SonarQube server, Nexus Artifactory, and Jenkins server, and created Ansible scripts for installing and configuring applications. Saurabh holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Software Engineering from GGSIPU, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from the same institution. He also has a Commerce degree from Harcourt Butler Sr. Sec. School, where he studied accounts, economics, and maths. Saurabh is proficient in a variety of DevOps tools and technologies, including AWS, Kubernetes, Java, Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, and more. He enjoys working in challenging environments where he can use his technical skills to effectively contribute and help organizations run their application development processes smoothly.
