Saurabh Neve is an Assistant General Manager of Marketing at BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.), one of India's most successful startups. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya and has a relevant experience of 5.77 years. Saurabh is responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and executing various campaigns, activities, and strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and building. He manages all the online and offline marketing activities for four states, namely Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Tamil Nadu. Saurabh's passion for marketing can be traced back to his childhood days when he used to help his dad in creating a sales funnel for his business. During his Bachelors and Masters, he was involved in creating brand awareness for the institute to attract the best pool of students and companies for placements. Prior to his current role, Saurabh served as a Senior Marketing Manager at BYJU'S, where he spearheaded a team of 30+ professionals comprising Assistant Managers, Marketing Head, and Assistant Vice President. He directed all below-the-line campaigns across three states/regions, optimized local-level processes to boost conversion and revenue, and independently set up the process for monitoring, guiding, and mentoring 10+ Marketing Coordinators and Managers. He accomplished the highest revenue of INR 1.5 CR and achieved a conversion rate of 13% across cities like Chennai and Pune. Saurabh's past experience includes working as a Business Analyst Intern at Fujitsu, where he was involved in formulating and innovating a new product development plan for ERP solutions. He determined and analyzed business, functionality, and system-level requirements of the product, negotiated and coordinated with the associated stakeholders within the organization, and implemented advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements. Apart from his professional endeavors, Saurabh is a movie buff and can watch any movie. He also loves to re-watch Harry Potter, MCU, and DC animated movies for 'n' number of times. He is also fond of hanging out with his pets.
