Saurabh Singh is a Programmer Analyst with a keen interest in Analytics, Machine Learning, and Data Science. He has over 10 years of relevant experience, having worked on consulting and analytics projects for BFSI and Non-BFSI clients. Currently, he is focused on learning development and problem-solving using Machine Learning and Data Science techniques. Saurabh is a SAS certified Business Analyst with expertise in Regression and Modeling and SAS Base. He has worked on projects for Banking, Retail, and Insurance clients, executing data-driven exploratory data analysis and Predictive Analytics using various statistical analysis techniques. His experience includes model development and validation for credit risk models, including Application Scorecard, Behavioral Scorecard, Basel PD models, IFRS9 Impairment calculation and forecasting, PD, EAD, and LGD modeling. He has handled Statistical Modeling and Advance Analytics projects using multiple tools like SPSS, MATLAB, SAS, SQL, and Python. Prior to his MBA, Saurabh worked with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC India) in software development, where he was involved in application and module development. He is also a freelance trainer for SAS, Marketing Analytics, and Credit Risk Modeling. Currently, Saurabh is working as a Consultant II, Risk Analytics at exl, where he manages credit risk model development and validation for banking clients. He has extensive experience in model risk management, IFRS9 models, Impairment Models, Macro Economic models, and Credit Risk Scorecards. He has also worked on the re-validation of IFRS9 Stage 2 PD calculation methodology, validated IFRS9 Cards and Scheme Loans PD/EAD/LGD models for a large international bank, and extensively worked on stage re-definition of IFRS9 models, which ultimately led to provision release. Saurabh's past companies include 5one analytics, where he worked as a Senior Business Analyst, leading and managing end-to-end analytics projects across different products & portfolios and business segments using data-driven analysis & insights. He also worked at Boston Analytics as a Strategy Consultant, responsible for strategizing & planning a customer loyalty program for Retail client customers. Saurabh holds an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, Information Technology from IIT and a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from GGSIPU.
