Saurabh Tandon is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the consumer internet and enterprise software products. He is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Flipkart, where he is responsible for the Fintech and Payments Group. Throughout his career, Saurabh has gained strong experience in building best-in-class teams, customer-centric products, web-scale tech platforms, scaling products and systems to deal with high growth, and evolving the practices, processes, and organization structure to meet the demands of a fast-growing organization. His areas of expertise include eCommerce, Commerce, Payments, Fintech, and SAAS. Before joining Flipkart, Saurabh served as the Head of Product Delivery at Inszoom, a cloud-based SAAS solution for case management for law firms and enterprises. During his tenure, he developed the product technical roadmap and drove implementation, collaborated with different functional groups to define product releases, and led engineering practices implementation. Prior to Inszoom, Saurabh worked at McAfee as a Program Manager, where he served as the Engineering Manager for new product development. He led the engineering team from concept to delivery of the product and drove strategy for NoSQL based big data management for the new product. He also delivered a product considered as one of the best products for engineering practices. Additionally, he served as the Program Manager for Mac and Linux AV products. Saurabh holds a PGSEM degree in Business Administration and Management from IIM and a BE degree from MNNIT. His tech stack includes web, big data, NoSQL, and senior software engineering. Overall, Saurabh has 21.54 years of relevant experience in the industry.
