Saurabh Vig is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with over 15 years of experience in Digital Transformation Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Rationalization, and Solution/ Platform Architectures. He has worked with Governments and organizations across varied domains, providing his expertise in architecture blueprint and roadmap definition, project planning, execution and evolution, monitoring and governance, application portfolio rationalization, IT Products/Platform life cycle management, IT Processes & Standards definition, application/product development, and designing acceptance and roll-out strategies. Saurabh has played key roles in various projects, including serving as Enterprise Architect & Tech Lead for GoI’s Ayushman Bharat PMJAY at National Health Authority, GoI, Enterprise Architect for Dept. of Posts IT Modernization 2.0, and Lead EA for key eGov transformations such as Indian Customs, ITD CPC2.0, AAI - NACCS, AAI Digi Yatra, eGCA, and Chattisgarh DBT. He has also worked on Application portfolio rationalization and optimization with the world’s largest marketing group and a global bank. Saurabh is the author of the Open Group Guide – “Implementing IndEA: A Practical Brief for Senior Government Leaders to Accelerate Digital Transformation” and has been a special invitee and key contributor to the “National Digital Health Mission” at the National Committee, GoI. He has also served as an Enterprise Architect at the National Committee for development of “National Health Claims Platform”, a collaborative initiative of NHA and IRDAI. Saurabh possesses a strong skill set, which includes Digital Transformation Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Multi/Omni Channel Platform/Solutions Architecture, Program Management & delivery, Application Portfolio Management/Rationalization, Identity & Access Management, Federation, Complete SDLC, Bid Process Management & Vendor Management. He has hands-on experience with Amazon Cloud computing and Web Application Framework Design for Low time-to-market solutions. Saurabh holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Engineering from Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences and completed his AISSCE from Delhi Public School. He also attended Jaspal Kaur Public School. He has worked with PwC as an Associate Director and TCS' Global Consulting Practice as a Business & IT Architecture Consultant before joining Deloitte, where he currently serves as a Director in the Federation Security Services domain. With over 17 years of relevant experience, Saurabh is a seasoned professional in his field.
