Saurav Pandit is a seasoned consultant with over 9 years of experience in advising Indian and Global energy giants on strategy formulation, transaction advisory, business planning & modelling, operating model transformation, energy transition, and infrastructure advisory. He is currently serving as a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager at Revolut, where he is responsible for driving the company's growth and expansion plans. Prior to joining Revolut, Saurav worked as a Principal Consultant at PwC, where he led the Business Finance, Infrastructure & Hydrogen competency. His key areas of responsibility included business development, project delivery, practice development, and people management. During his tenure at PwC, Saurav worked on several major assignments, including the diversification strategy for a chemical major, the hydrogen strategy roadmap for an Indian oil major, and the monetization of assets for a Fortune 500 company. He also advised major energy players on their Capex investment decisions, with a cumulative value in excess of USD 5 Bn. Saurav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from JSS and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He is a member of the Placement Committee at IIM Ahmedabad, where he helps students find the right career opportunities.
