Saurav Raj is a highly motivated and results-driven business developer with over 3 years of experience in the education and finance industry. He is currently working as a Business Developer at BYJU’s, where he is responsible for revenue generation, mentoring/counseling IAS aspirants, post-sale care/retention, and lead management. He covers a wide area including Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, and North East. Saurav has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Chandigarh University. He has also completed courses in Business Ethics, Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from NPTEL and IIT. Prior to joining BYJU’s, Saurav worked as a Team Leader at Amazon Payments, Inc. where he handled 15 field sales executives and achieved team targets of QR code onboarding at shops. He has also worked as a Business Developer at BYJU’s IAS domain. Saurav is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He is passionate about helping IAS aspirants achieve their goals and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. He is proficient in lead generation, direct sales, and finance processes. In his free time, Saurav enjoys watching movies, playing cricket, and spending time with his family and friends. He is a firm believer in the philosophy of "jindagi jindabad" which means "long live life" and strives to live every day to the fullest.
