He is currently the Director of Product Management at Ladder Insurance, where he is responsible for insurtech and risk product management, as well as hiring product managers. Savtanter is an execution and goal-focused product manager who combines data-driven insights with a sense of product economics to make sharp decisions. He has a deep understanding of the payments and ecommerce industry, with a particular focus on SMB sellers and their needs. His business and product expertise lies in funds availability and seller risk, growth enablement and engagement features like cross-sell and recommendation engines, online dispute management systems, buyer and seller dispute protections, and seller onboarding. Savtanter has a proven track record of building simple, intuitive, and contextual customer experiences that are rooted in customer reality. He is adept at laying both long-term vision and short-term tactical navigation to drive one team behavior and collaboration across teams. He has also worked with C-level staff to communicate product strategy, execution, and align with broader corporate vision. Prior to joining Ladder Insurance, Savtanter held various product management roles at Next Insurance and PayPal. At PayPal, he was the Group Product Manager and led the charter for driving growth and engagement for PayPal's 25M SMBs globally by building and scaling a suite of PayPal products that drive selling efficiency and growth for small sellers. He also led the product for Funds Now, PayPal's award-winning program designed to provide instant funds access to 5M high-value SMB sellers globally, delivering significant engagement lift annually. Savtanter holds an MBA in General Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
