Sayantan Ghosh is an MBA in Finance with a strong background in Chemical Engineering. He is a finance enthusiast with a goal to add a professional touch to every individual's finances so that they can get the most out of their hard-earned money. Sayantan has prior experience as a Finance Intern (Hedge Fund Operations) at Arcesium, where he conducted detailed R&A on the transition from LIBOR to ARRs/RFRs and its effect on the derivatives industry. He monitored the functioning of OTC derivative trades, clearing and settlement processes, analyzed multi-client data, and built dynamic models to standardize MBM Cash reconciliation reason codes. Sayantan also developed VBA and Javascript/Python-based models to standardize Position reconciliation comments and Time tracker for break resolution. He has also worked as a Finance and Business Analytics Trainee at MedTourEasy, where he conducted investment analysis using Python and credit risk modeling for operational debtors to optimize working capital terms. Sayantan has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi (erstwhile MFC), and a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University. Sayantan completed his Higher Secondary education from South Point High School, Kolkata, and his Secondary education from the same school, where he secured 93% (A+).
