Seemant Sagar is a highly skilled Software Engineer with experience in developing web apps and a passion for finding hacks to day-to-day problems using Machine Learning and Computer Vision. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University and has already gained 1.52 years of relevant experience in the field. Seemant is currently working as a Software Engineer Intern at inovalon, where he is leveraging his expertise in web development and software engineering to contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Engineer at brainydx, where he collaborated with designers and developers to develop a logistics management system using Material Design. He also built an e-commerce website using React.js to book puja(worship ceremony) services under 10 mouse clicks. Seemant also worked on a web app to provide local comedians a platform to boost their audience by executing a user-friendly interface. He was responsible for coordinating with SEO managers and deployment of six projects. Seemant's passion for Machine Learning and Computer Vision is evident from his work experience. During his time as a Summer Trainee at DRDO, he developed a hand-written numeric character recognition app using Machine Learning by implementing a research paper based on MNIST dataset. He also learned about the implementation of the K-nearest neighbors algorithm in python using scikit-learn library. Seemant studied how these teachings are implemented and used in the defense department of India. Seemant's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from GGSIPU and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University, which he is expected to complete in December 2022.
