Sekhar Kuruma is an accomplished Scrum Master and Management SME with over 15 years of experience in Agile Scrum, QA/Testing, Strategic Planning & Partnerships, Operations, and Advisory. He has an entrepreneurial mindset and has been involved in start-ups in the healthcare technology and life-saving drugs sector. Currently, Sekhar works part-time as an Assistant Professor and Management SME at Rayalaseema University Kurnool, where he is pursuing his PhD in Management. He is also a consultant, providing strategic planning and partnership advice to businesses. Prior to his current role, Sekhar worked at Dell as a Software Testing Engineering-III. He has extensive experience in leading and managing large teams on multiple projects, exposure to multiple vendor management, and has performed functional requirement analysis, root cause analysis, and internal auditing on the validity of defects and test pass entries entered in the reporting tool. Sekhar has also trained team members on testing methodologies and quality processes and has been involved in mentoring team members. Additionally, he has been involved in day-to-day recruitment drives at the corporate and project levels and has actively participated in providing in-house training sessions for newly selected employees. Sekhar has a strong educational background, having completed his PhD in Management from Kurnool Jobs, an MBA in HR & Marketing Management from Sister Nivedita College of Professional Studies, an MCA (Master of Computer Applications) from IGNOU, and a Bachelor of Science from Govt Degree College for Men, Kurnool. Sekhar's technical skills include test and QA, and he has relevant experience of 15.93 years.
