Senthil Kumar Virutheeswaran is a highly experienced professional with over 28 years of experience in customer-facing projects, product life cycle management, project and delivery management, risk management, pre-sales, and business development activities. He has a strong background in enterprise data warehousing and global business intelligence, having spent over 10 years in this field. Senthil has also designed, developed, and delivered an ERP product from end-to-end, showcasing his expertise in this area. Senthil has evaluated, estimated, negotiated, managed, and executed various complex projects/programs on different platforms/technologies in onsite-offshore models. He has managed customers and partners/vendors located in various geographical locations, including India, Middle East, Singapore, USA, and UK. Senthil has also managed teams of sizes of about 300+ including internal and 3rd party resources. Currently, Senthil is the Delivery Center Head at QuEST Global, where he is responsible for the overall operations, delivery, and growth of the Hyderabad Delivery Center. He is delivering technology services to a trillion-dollar hi-tech manufacturing company based out of California, USA. Prior to joining QuEST Global, Senthil worked at Exilant Technologies as Associate Vice President, where he started as Senior Project Manager and elevated through Delivery Manager to AVP. He led the DW/BI Unit in Bangalore and was responsible for overall operations and delivery of the unit. EXILANT was acquired by QuEST Global in 2018. Senthil also has experience as Founder/Managing Director of Digital Systems and Software, where he provided software development and consulting services for mid-sized companies. He explored overseas business opportunities, controlled project management processes, evaluated, appointed, and managed business and development partners, planned and controlled the product development road maps for timely execution and deliveries, oversaw overall growth of the company and yearly planning and budgeting, and managed people and financial management. Senthil holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, a PGDCA from Indian Computer Academy, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from the University of Madras, an HSC from Govt.
