Prior to his current role, Senthil worked as a Senior Manager in the same department at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. He was responsible for managing and executing the placement process for engineering students. Before joining Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Senthil worked as a Senior Manager in HR at Mindlogicx, where he was responsible for managing the entire HR function. Senthil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & Marketing from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University.
