Serena started her career at VMware as a Summer Intern in the End User Computing, R&D department, where she worked on the project 'Predictive Intelligence on Horizon Cloud.' During this time, she made use of machine learning algorithms to develop a predictive intelligence system, which helped to improve the performance of the product. Serena holds a B.Tech Honours degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Saintgits College of Engineering, Kottukulam Hills, Pathamuttam P.O., Kottayam 686532. She also has a Nanodegree in Machine Learning Foundation from Udacity and is a Grade 4 Piano player from Trinity College, London. Her educational background has given her a strong foundation in software engineering, testing, and machine learning.
