Sergio Alves is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working at ThoughtWorks as a Software Engineer, where he is responsible for delivering working software solutions using the best practices like TDD and CI/CD. Sergio is also involved in Pair Programming, which allows him to coach team members while delivering business value to the customer. As a software consultant, Sergio is in touch with the client on a daily basis. He manages client expectations and showcases the work made during iterations.
