Shabd Saran is a Software Engineer currently working at smallcase, where he is dedicated to solving Indian fintech problems at scale. With over 2 years of relevant experience, Shabd has worked at different companies ranging from an early-stage YC fintech startup to a unicorn in India. Apart from his work at smallcase, Shabd is also a volunteer at iSPIRT, where he is involved in building impactful products for the Indian masses. He is currently working on building the next version of the Indian Software Product Registry (ISPR) - https://ispr.gov.in/. Shabd's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Manipal University, Jaipur, which he completed in 2021. Prior to that, he completed high school from Greenfields Public School, Dilshad Garden, where he studied Physics, Chemistry, Math (PCM) with Computer Science. Shabd's tech stack includes expertise in Software Engineering, Search, and Web development. He has a keen interest in using his skills to solve complex problems and build impactful products that can make a difference in people's lives.
