Shabnam Aggarwal is a seasoned entrepreneur and author with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently, she is the Senior Director of New Business and Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Dimagi, a multi-million dollar ARR organization. In this role, Shabnam works closely with the CEO and product incubation teams to manage the innovation lab, where she innovates, models, develops, pilot tests, and brings new products to market to increase profit, scale, and impact. Before assuming her current position, Shabnam served as the Director of New Business and EIR at Dimagi, where she played a similar role. She has also worked as a book author at HarperCollins Publishers, where she published a book on innovation, failure, and entrepreneurship in November 2018. Shabnam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where she studied from 2003 to 2007. She also has a Preprimary Teacher Certification in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the Madhavi Kapur Foundation, where she studied from 2011 to 2012.
