During his time at Infosys, he developed a point-based credit system that handles the rollover of unused funding for IT projects using technologies like HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, Git, and RESTful APIs. He has also worked on front-end optimization and performance techniques, co-operated with back-end developers in building RESTful APIs, and used AEM for working on a CMS project. Shahid was involved in migrating components from AEM 6.3 to AEM 6.5 version and created AEM components using JSTL tags and JSP by using required OSGi services and servlet. Shahid's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from PSIT Kanpur (Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology).
