•	Develop and implement sourcing strategy and channels to build relevant talent pools.
•	Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.
•	Responsible for day-to-day interaction with client/HR business partners.
•	Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process.
•	Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing and marketing candidates to clients in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities as core team member for HR department –
Talent Acquisition - Understanding manpower requirements by interacting with Key Account Manager, Technical team and handling end to end recruitments.

On boarding/joining formalities - Conducting HR induction and handling the complete on boarding of new employees – preparing offer letter, appointment letter and other documentation required.

Talent Management: Preparing a clear job description for the skills, abilities and experience needed from a new hire. Identify appropriate employees with the relevant skills and proficiency. Employee retention strategy for employees on notice period –offer employees a path to greater pay, recognition and responsibility. 

Learning And Development – Identifying learning need through mapping of skills with the reporting manager/lead. 

Performance Management – Handling the entire performance appraisal cycle. Identifying and implementing PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) to improve the development and the performance for low performers. 

Employee Relations – Implementing “Employee Appreciation Week” quarterly where that particular team or employee is recognized and appreciated for outstanding performance. Conduct Employee survey for new joinees for 3months to understand the employee’s comfort in the organization as well the role hired for.

Employee Engagement: Driving the R&R(Rewards & Recognition) initiative for employees reaching the desired miles. Responsible for conducting HR open house, HR one-on-one meeting, managers meet, etc

Other HR operations – Working closely with management in implementation of the corporate policies, procedures and practices to reinforce positive image of the company. Handling completed employee life cycle from on-boarding to exit process. Manage employee database. Organizing and implementing employee engagement and team building activities for employee across various locations. Executed CSR activity.

•	Handling end-to-end client and company requirements.
•	Understanding and evaluating the requirements and needs of clients and collaborating with key management personnel and senior managers.
•	Developing and managing strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, clients and candidates.
•	Evaluating and interviewing applicants on consistent set of client requirements.
•	Motivating and mentoring the junior staff.
•	Demonstrating monthly targets for the team.
•	Mentoring and guiding the junior staff on achieving targets
•	 Review and appraisal of performance of junior team members, providing career guidance and annual performance appraisal ratings.
•	Reviewing team targets and ensuring that client requirements are met in accordance with the quality and Turn around time (TAT).

•	Handling end-to-end recruitments for IT clients.
•	SPOC for account management and recruitments
•	Understanding and evaluating client requirements
•	Evaluating and interviewing applicants on consistent set of client requirements
