Shaik is a data scientist with a passion for solving complex problems using the latest tools and techniques. With almost 3 years of experience in the field, he has honed his skills in statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, data visualization, data wrangling, Python programming, computer vision, and time series analysis. He is also currently pursuing certifications in natural language processing and machine learning in the cloud. Shaik takes pride in his ability to analyze and interpret data effectively, using structured thinking to derive data-driven solutions. He has facilitated the development of a deep learning and machine learning ensemble model that significantly increased the prediction performance of the model. He has also suggested and implemented changes in the existing framework that reduced processing time from 12 hours to just 15 minutes. Currently working as a Senior Analyst in the Innovation Labs (R&D) at Tiger Analytics, Shaik is part of a team developing a framework to monitor model drift in predictive models. In the past, he has worked as an R&D Engineer at Vassar Labs, where he used structured thinking to solve diverse problem statements by embedding deep learning and machine learning algorithms into the solutions. He has also contributed to The Textbook Companion (TBC) Project and The Spoken Tutorial Project at Fossee IIT Bombay, where he aimed to make it easy for users of standard textbooks to start using R and improve the documentation available for R. Shaik holds a Postgraduate Certificate Program in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara. He completed his Senior Secondary Education from Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Visakhapatnam, and his Secondary Education from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Shaik's technical skills and relevant experience make him an ideal candidate for a data scientist or research scientist role. He is proficient in AWS, Azure, Python, NLP, and computer vision and has a deep understanding of deep learning and machine learning algorithms.
