Shailaja's expertise lies in the rail domain, where she has worked on the Talent 3 project in power supply function. She has a solid understanding of software architecture and has worked on requirement analysis, functional block diagram, test procedure preparation, integration testing, test coverage analysis, test case running, failure analysis, automated and manual testing, debugging test scripts, test specification, and reporting. As a system integration tester, Shailaja has a good knowledge of defect analysis, debugging, development of script design and scripting, Jenkins, and tools like testbench, Mdct, Dcu, Rtsim, virtual train, CCM, RM, QM, etc. She has created test cases, designed scripts, and run them on virtual trains and racks using Rtsim, all through Jenkins. Shailaja has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Government College of Engineering, Pune. She is proficient in C, C++, Embedded C, TCP/IP, Jenkins, and Java.
