Shailaja Parkor is a highly motivated and diligent student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati. With a keen interest in the field of Application Development and Maintenance, Shailaja has gained valuable experience as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant, where she is currently employed. In her current role, Shailaja has demonstrated a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages. She has a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality software applications, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Her proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ has been instrumental in her success at Cognizant. Prior to her current role, Shailaja held the position of Head of Braking and Wheel Assembly Department at Team GCOEA, where she was responsible for overseeing the assembly and testing of braking systems and wheel assemblies for various projects. She has also completed an in-plant training/internship at Central Institute of Tool Design, where she gained hands-on experience working with machines such as lathe, drilling machine, CNC, VMC, and milling machine. Shailaja's academic achievements are equally impressive, having completed her Higher Secondary Certificate from Narayana Junior College and her Secondary School Certificate from Shri Samartha Secondary and High School. She is set to graduate with her Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in December 2022.
