Shailee Swapnil is a Master of Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence) graduate from the University of Melbourne. She is currently a Senior Engineer- Product and Development at Harman, working as part of the Data Engineering team of a client organization and using technologies such as Databricks, Azure, ELT/ETL, among others. With a wide range of experience in engineering, financial services software, IT consulting, market research, and wagering companies, Shailee has worked as a Business Intelligence developer, SRE, Data Science Intern, and Data Technician/Analyst. Shailee's areas of interest include Data Engineering, AI Research, Data Science, NLP, Cloud Engineering, Analytics, and Insights. She has a strong technical background and a deep understanding of technologies such as SQL, ETL, Azure, and Python. In her current role at Harman, Shailee is responsible for developing and testing business intelligence reports for the management in Larson and Toubro heavy engineering. She has also successfully developed two web applications for the organization in the .NET framework, including a dashboard and visualization application and an auto-doc transfer application. Notably, she developed a very crucial and important auto-doc application in just 15 days for the organization. Shailee has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Symbiosis Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a Year 12 degree in Science from Ryan International School.
