Shailendra Jain is a digital transformation leader and cross-functional expert with over 21 years of experience in delivery management of large size, distributed, highly available, highly scalable, cloud-native enterprise-grade projects using Scaled Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies, DevOps, Continuous Delivery & deployment models on Cloud infrastructure. He is currently serving as a Product Manager at Rakuten Symphony, where he is responsible for creating a cloud-native BSS platform for Digital Service Providers using Microservices architecture & technologies. Shailendra has extensive experience in creating intelligent enterprises through multi-disciplinary data integration, data cleansing, data analysis for creating a real-time 360-degree view of enterprises. He is an expert in setting & running an enterprise-wide project, program, portfolio management office (PMO) & responsible for Engagements/Projects performance metrics analysis & identifying improvement areas. Throughout his career, Shailendra has been running system improvement groups for continuous improvements, implementing lean processes & increasing the process efficiency by orchestrating synergy between various functions. He has also worked on Post-Merger Integration, e-Governance projects, Digital India NeGP MMPs (Mission Mode Projects), Onsite Coordination, Onsite-offshore / Global delivery & Multi-site engineering teams collaboration, RFP designing & evaluation, etc. Shailendra has previously worked as a Director at Impetus, where he was responsible for setting up enterprise project, program, portfolio management office and establishing organization-wide KPIs aligning to organizational strategy & continuously monitoring their progress. He has also worked as a Principal Consultant for the Government of Madhya Pradesh, where he was responsible for preparing Mission Mode Projects (MMP) roadmap, vision, designing RFPs & techno-functional evaluation of bids from System Integrators. Shailendra holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, an EGMP in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science, 23, Park Road, Indore, and a 12th in Physics, Chemistry, Maths from Tilok Chand Jain Higher Secondary School. His tech stack includes product management, integration, infra, Microservices, and DevOps.
