Shailendra Singh is a detail-oriented retail banking leader with over 10 years of diversified experience in corporate banking, organizational and digital transformation management, change management, risk management, designing customer journeys for liability and asset products, and CRM. He is currently serving as the Assistant General Manager and Regional Head for the Services Sector Group at ICICI Bank. Shailendra has a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Business Administration from NIIT University, India. He is passionate about banking and has broadened his knowledge of diverse functionalities such as digital transformation, start-ups and new age companies management, microfinance business management, cross-functional leadership, revenue generation, liability and asset management, and corporate accounts management. Shailendra has spearheaded a team of ARMs/RMs and built a Working Capital Book worth INR 1,500 million approx. with an income potential of INR 70 million in three quarters. He has also managed an asset portfolio of INR 650 billion in the Power, Automobile, Construction, and Engineering sectors of the Bank. Shailendra has steered the portfolio of large corporates within the Manufacturing and Energy sectors with a turnover of INR10 billion and above. In addition to his professional experience, Shailendra possesses excellent skills in transition management, operations and client services, P&L management, and monetizing and scaling up business opportunities. He is adept at applying financial acumen skills and easing new digital transformation techniques, knowledge, and training transfer of new and innovative business transition methods, and overseeing the organizational transformation in a banking environment. Shailendra has also procured a “Certification of Recognition” from ICICI Bank Ltd., India, income for performing cross-selling initiatives. He has worked with various start-ups by providing ICICI Bank's tech services like API Banking, UPI/IMPS integrations, payment gateways/direct integrations, etc. He has also increased wallet share by penetration in the form of cross-sell liability products viz, Escrow/ Nodal account, CMS, Digital products, Salary, Insurance, etc. Shailendra has previously worked with Sojitz Corporation and Rico Auto Industries Ltd. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from RGPV and completed an Executive program for working professionals from Xavier Institute of Management. He has also completed a Master of Business Administration in Banking & Finance from NIIT University.
