Shailesh Garg is a versatile R&D leader with over 17 years of experience in conceptualizing, designing, and developing software platforms and products in a fast-paced agile environment. He is an "Engineer at the core" and a strategist for setting up new development centers, business strategy, product development, nurturing innovation, and solution delivery. He is currently serving as the Managing Director at anymind group, where he works hand-in-hand with Engineering, Product, Data Science, UX, customer success, Sales, and finance to take new features/products from concept to successful GTM strategy. Shailesh is an expert in acquisition and technology due diligence for the acquisition, knowledge transfer to the new company, stabilizing product & team in the new company. He has also re-architected the Data Platform to reduce the TCO by 60% which handles 25+TB data per day. He is spearheading a team of 30+ people including Associate Directors, Managers, Architects, Data Science, DevOps & QA teams for product development and cloud digital transformation programs.
