Shaishav Kumar is an experienced engineering manager with a focus on building the future of cloud robotics. He is currently the Engineering Manager of Rapyuta.io Cloud Robotics Platform, where he manages the India operations of the company. He is responsible for handling product and engineering aspects of Rapyuta's Cloud Robotics Platform, delivery and people operations, as well as productizing Robotics Research and devising platform-based Industry/Vertical Specific solution development. Shaishav has extensive experience in LAMP stack development, Unix development, and machine learning for NLP applications. He is a polyglot programmer with production scale experience with .Net CLR, Python, and Node.js, and has hands-on experience with Scala, Play Framework, Akka, and Reactive Patterns. He is also knowledgeable in networking with experience in security and penetration testing for websites. Shaishav is interested in working with rapidly growing or early-stage technology-focused startups. He has worked as VP Technology at Atria Power, where he worked at the intersection of Renewable Energy, Industrial IoT, and Data Science/Machine Learning. He also co-founded Pin Click. Shaishav holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Shaishav's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, test, Python, ML, NLP, Kubernetes, Docker, Javascript, Research Scientist, Data Scientist, and NodeJS.
