Shaishaw Shashank is a Software Reliability Engineer at Traceable AI with 9 years of hands-on technical expertise in DevOps/SRE process implementations and cloud architectural design with scalable automation. He has experience in software development, system administration, and operations, which allows him to bridge the gap between development and operation for an efficient work model. Currently, he is learning and practicing ML/Deep Learning algorithmic approach with model developments. In his previous role at Palo Alto Networks as a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer, Shaishaw worked as an Embedded SRE with dev-engineering teams to ensure the smooth CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and maximum uptime for the Microservices. He also implemented Memsql (Singlestore) cluster on K8s, worked on Cross Region DR implementation for Infra Platform and SingleStore (Memsql) database, and handled multiple Large scale Confluent Kafka cluster on EC2 and K8s, with Kafka-tools like Kafka-manager, Kafka-schema Registry, AKHQ. He managed Infrastructure on AWS with Terraform (EKS, EMR, SPARK, RDS, Redis, Redshift, SQS, S3, IAM role/policy, etc.), wrote services on Helm, managed deployment pipeline with Gitlab, monitored with Grafana and Prometheus, and managed log management with Splunk, logstash. He also worked on automation for creating on-demand preprod dev static environments deployed with Prisma cloud SaaS product and worked on the architectural design on DR implementation.
