At Meyrahkee, Shaista helped startups with Talent Solutions that are effective and workable. She partnered with VC funded growth startups to understand the business and its growth trajectory and helped with the most viable talent acquisition solutions. At TalentStack, Shaista brought over a decade of experience in helping companies hire the best of the talent. Shaista holds a Masters in Finance (Full-Time) with a specialization in HR & Finance from Chikitsak Samuhas Sir Sitaram and Lady Shantabai Patkar College of Arts and Science and V R Varde College of Commerce and Economics.
