Shakti Singh is a skilled Program Manager with over 3 years of experience in building customer and developer relations. He has worked with various organizations and is currently associated with Skillenza, where he is responsible for executing hackathons and similar programs for enterprise customers. Shakti is passionate about bridging the gap between tech giants and developers across the globe. He has successfully organized more than 100 hackathons for MNC clients like Microsoft, GitHub, Google, Intuit, DigitalOcean, and more. He has also led almost 70 workshops and meetups combined, contributing to the web3 space as an Advocate with Chainlink Jaipur Chapter and as a WazirX warrior. As a Program Manager at Skillenza, Shakti manages client portfolios and is actively involved in building tech communities from scratch to 1. He is responsible for handling end-to-end client accounts and programs, leading the Community Team and efforts, and achieving high NPS from clients. He is also responsible for building the "COMMUNITY ADVOCATE" program from scratch. Shakti has previously worked with AngelHack and Coding Blocks, where he served as Developer Relations & Community Executive and Program Manager, respectively.
