Shalabh Raizada is a highly experienced Chief Information Officer with over two decades of experience in Business and Information Technology. He has worked in various domains including Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Insurance, Automotive, Metals, and 3PL. Shalabh has successfully led Business Transformation Projects in India, East Africa, and the UK. One of Shalabh's inherent strengths is in reorganizing classical IT Departments with multi-site and multi-legacy applications to a dynamic and responsive function that enables business using seamless Web 2.0 technologies coupled with Mobile Analytics that run off the Cloud. He is currently establishing and growing a Shared Services Center for IT and IT Enabled Services for Norsk Hydro, building SAP Delivery Competencies for the organization. Previously, Shalabh worked as the Head of Global Business Services, India at Norsk Hydro, where he set up an Off Shore Development and Support Center for SAP, Information Security, Analytics, and Mobile Application Development for the Extruded Solutions Division of Hydro. He also mentored the growth of the Financial Back Office for the Extruded Solutions Division of Hydro and ensured the delivery of global projects. Shalabh has also worked as the Director of Special Projects (Information Systems) at Jubilee Insurance, where he studied the As-Is processes and IT Landscape of the Legacy Business Applications used by Medical, General, Life, and Deposits Administration verticals across Kenya, Uganda, Mauritius, and Tanzania. He drafted and successfully presented the Information Technology Strategy Roadmap to the Board of Jubilee Insurance and assessed and identified vendors and even coordinated techno-commercial quotes for key systems. He also successfully implemented Oracle ERP for the Procure to Pay process and submitted a detailed solution for the physical management of hard copy documents. Shalabh holds an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University, a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, and a Senior Leaders' Advanced Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He also has experience in Mobile and Web technologies. Overall, Shalabh has 25.37 years of relevant experience in various domains and is a highly skilled professional in the field of Information Technology.
