Shalini Agarwal is an Electronics Engineering graduate with a keen interest in the technical domain, including software development and data sciences. With a proactive approach towards life, she strives for excellence in all endeavors and possesses a diverse skill set that includes programming in C++ and Python, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and UI design. Shalini has full working knowledge of tools like Jupyter and Microsoft VS Code. Having taken considerable training in the areas of Data Sciences and Machine Learning, Shalini has successfully employed her skills in relevant domains and delivered projects within the timelines. She has enhanced her interpersonal skills, including public speaking, problem-solving, organization skills, stress management, creative writing, and teamwork, through her involvement in various societies and extracurricular activities since school. Currently, Shalini works as a Project Engineer in Health IP & Innovations at Wipro, where she has worked on PDF document indexing, automation tools with image processing using Python libraries such as PyPDF2, Pytesseract, and OpenCV. She has also explored and tested shallow neural network NLP techniques for the problem statement. Shalini is in the process of delivering a UI/UX functionality employing Python GUI toolkit to provide a good front-end interface and a nice visual experience to the users. Shalini has previously worked as an ABAP Consultant at Wipro, where she was extensively trained in SAP ABAP and SD modules required to run an ERP system. She has undertaken various cross-skilling programs in the areas of Machine Learning and Data Sciences and was successfully certified as an AI ML Engineer. Shalini has also worked as an Industrial Trainee at Tata, where she worked on projects in the areas of PLC and SCADA. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics (Instrumentation and Control) from Thapar University. She completed her schooling from Delhi Public School with a CGPA of 10 in AISSE and 91% in AISSCE. Shalini's technical skills include AWS, Python, NLP, ML, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Image Processing, UI, Jupyter, OpenCV, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Frontend, Designer, and Search. Having relevant experience of 3.27 years, Shalini is passionately looking for new challenges that allow her to put her skills to better use and further boost her personal development.
