Shalini Joshi is a highly motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering student at Haldia Institute of Technology. With 1.61 years of relevant experience, Shalini has worked as an Intern at CIDC and SECR, where she has gained valuable experience in the field. Currently, she is working as an Internship Trainee at South East Central Railway. During her internship at CIDC, Shalini was involved in online mode training and gained experience in project management, site supervision, and quality control. At SECR, she was involved in various projects related to railway construction and maintenance, where she learned about design, construction, and maintenance of railway infrastructure. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology, where she is currently pursuing her studies. She also completed her Intermediate studies in PCM from Gyan Bharti Senior Secondary School Gaya and her Matriculation from DAV Public School CRRC Gaya. With her strong academic background and valuable work experience, Shalini is well-equipped to take on the challenges of the Civil Engineering industry. She is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
