Shambhavi Pandey is an accomplished tech industry professional with over 10 years of experience in product development and management roles in the US and India. She is a Carnegie Mellon alumni and ex-Sr. Product Manager from Amazon, where she led teams to build innovative products, solve customer pain points, and deliver delightful experiences. Shambhavi has also worked with other leading companies such as Groupon, The Home Depot, and Sears. As an impassioned advocate of empowering women in tech, Shambhavi is the Founder of Mentor Me Good, a global platform that helps future tech leaders land their dream jobs through 1:1 expert coaching for resume reviews, mock interviews, career discussions, and upskilling. She has successfully built a community of coaches and speakers who inspire and guide individuals in product management, engineering, data science, and UX. Shambhavi's central belief is that mentorship can significantly change the trajectory of someone's career. Currently, Shambhavi is a Mentor in the First Round Fast Track community, where she guides product managers in defining and achieving their goals and becoming better product managers. First Round Fast Track is First Round's mentorship program for established tech operators looking to give back and gain a unique community. Shambhavi has also been a featured speaker at Product School, where she inspires the next generation of Product Managers to create innovative products and apply best practices in their work. She holds a Master of Information Systems Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from JIIT. Shambhavi's tech stack includes product management and data science, and she has relevant experience of 10.76 years.
