Shamik is a global team leader with a proven track record in product strategy and delivery. He has successfully commanded geographically distributed, multi-cultural agile teams, and has domain expertise in several areas. His experience includes handling product development from ideation to launch, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. Currently, Shamik is the Vice President of Engineering at Daytona Systems in India, where he is responsible for leading the engineering team and driving product development. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles at companies such as Intel and hello group.
