Shandhir Kumar Singh is a seasoned Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Project Coordinator with almost 5 years of experience in the field of software development. He started his career as a Software Quality Analyst and then moved on to become a Project Coordinator and Product Owner. His passion for perfection and attention to detail have made him a QA expert, and he has successfully managed development teams comprising developers, QAs, and designers. Currently working as a Product Owner at dianapps, Shandhir is responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring product success. He also handles requirement gathering for new features, prepares various documents such as PRDs and FRDs, and coordinates with development, testing, and support teams comprising 20 people. Shandhir's expertise in project management and his ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams have helped him to consistently deliver high-quality products. Prior to his current role, Shandhir worked as a QA Test Engineer at Giesecke+Devrient Currency Technology, where he managed projects using the waterfall methodology. He was responsible for testing all aspects of the product/system, including function/component, system, performance, regression, and service. He also set up the test environment, designed test cases in the test plan, executed these test cases, and tracked defects. Shandhir holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from CET and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth, which he is expected to complete by 2023. He also holds a 10+2 degree in PCM from Rajendra College and a 10th degree from Central Public School. Shandhir's technical skills include test, QA, and SDET, and he has relevant experience of 3.02 years in the field.
