Shannon Kalisha is an experienced Line Cook currently working at Boston Pizza Restaurants, LP. With almost 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Shannon has developed a strong skill set in food preparation, inventory management, and quality control. At Boston Pizza, she is responsible for coordinating orders for pick-up by the Food Server, preparing orders according to standard recipes in a professional and timely manner, and maintaining the cleanliness of work stations and kitchen areas. Shannon also works closely with other Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Kitchen Workers, and Food Servers to ensure seamless operations. Prior to her current role, Shannon worked as a Customer Service Representative at LCBO, where she served customers using the Point-of-Sale Cash system and ensured that everyone felt safe, valued, and respected while delivering an excellent customer experience. She also worked as a Recruiter at Motion Recruitment, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and management. Shannon holds a B.Sc in Hotel Management and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Goa, and is currently pursuing a degree in Global Business Management from Georgian College, which she expects to complete in 2024. Shannon's technical skills include proficiency in Parts-of-speech, a valuable tool for analyzing and understanding language. She is a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in producing the best quality possible in a proper, sanitary, and professional manner.
