Shantanu Bhaduri is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the retail, e-commerce, payments, warehouse, supply chain, and communications domains. He is currently the Senior Director of Product Management at Exotel, where he leads the platform product group, focusing on voice, data platform, and telephony infrastructure. In his current role, Shantanu leads a team of talented product managers who are building platform APIs, voice streaming, regulatory compliant UL-VNO stack, and data platforms for rich analytics. His expertise lies in strategy partnership, team building, platform scaling, real-time communication, and voice AI. Prior to joining Exotel, Shantanu held various senior positions at Flipkart and Amazon India. At Flipkart, he served as Sr Technical Program Manager, where he developed product specifications and complete system architecture for various products, including in-flight entertainment systems, network cameras, surveillance systems, video communication systems, portable media players, and broadcast systems. At Amazon India, he worked as a Technical Program Manager for India Payments. Shantanu holds an M.Tech in Microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication from NIT Raipur. His tech stack includes product management, AI, and infrastructure. Shantanu has over 16 years of relevant experience in the industry.
