Before his current role, Shantanu held various positions at Joveo, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Manager of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, he was responsible for heading talent acquisition, creating and executing hiring plans, and applying multiple sourcing techniques to attract active and passive talent. He also scaled up the engineering team from 25 to 100 in 5 months and created HR policies, processes, and tools implementation. Shantanu's education background includes a PGCHRM degree in Human Resources Development from XLRI and an MBA in HR & Marketing from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. He also holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Sri. Shivaji Science College. Shantanu's tech stack includes expertise in search, AI, and ML.
