Shantanu is an innovative Data & Analytics professional with a track record of strategic leadership for defining & enforcing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, bid management, solution definition (based on verticals), acquisitions & business development through contextual innovative solutions, disruptive engagement and pricing models. Currently, he is serving as the Global Head of Data and Analytics at Birlasoft, where he started as an Engagement Manager & Senior Consultant for Analytic & Information Management, for five clients, from manufacturing and logistics industry, in the USA. Shantanu has delivered approximately 100 revenue-generating professional services, minor & major projects/enhancements that were executed for business units, spread across NA/EU/Asia. He defined & implemented the roadmap to migrate 400+ Noetix reports to OBIEE, by conducting due diligence assessment on the existing custom BI landscape. Prior to Birlasoft, Shantanu served as the Head of Consulting at Prolifics and Delivery Partner for Artificial Intelligence and Analytics at Cognizant, where he provided solutions/services to various clients in the Healthcare sector in the USA and led a team of on-shore & off-shore delivery managers/architects/software engineers, respectively. Shantanu holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford, a Certificate in Business Process Design for Strategic Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Gulbarga University, and an Executive Certificate Program in Business Strategy for Competitive Advantage from The Wharton School.
