Currently, he is working as a Program Manager at Amazon, where he is responsible for managing and delivering complex programs that drive business value. Shantanu started his career as a Project Intern at Wipro, where he developed automation solutions for the digital transformations team using Python and Selenium. Later, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Shell, where he gained invaluable experience in software development and project management. His job responsibilities included developing and implementing software solutions that improve business processes and drive operational efficiency. Shantanu is currently pursuing an MBA at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, where he is specializing in Business Administration and Management. He is expected to graduate in 2023. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from B.M.S. College of Engineering. Apart from his academic qualifications, Shantanu has a strong technical background in AI, software engineering, Python, and Selenium. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
