Shantanu Ghar is a Google Certified Associate Android Developer and winner of the NVIDIA-CDAC AI Hackathon. With a passion for technology from a young age, Shantanu pursued a career in computer engineering to make people's lives easier. Through his observations, he was captivated by the ability of individuals to write code that could impact millions of lives. This led him to actively contribute to development teams, participate in hackathons and project competitions, and learn from his failures to innovate better with every attempt. Shantanu has a proven track record of delivering products and projects in Android development and machine learning. He is proficient in Java, Kotlin, MVVM architecture, Python, C++, Golang, CI/CD, unit testing, algorithms, and data structures. He has experience with frameworks such as Android, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Pandas. Currently working as a Software Engineer at ConnectWise, Shantanu previously worked as a Senior Application Developer at the Technical Team of SIESGST. There, he built an all-in-one Android app for all stakeholders of SIES Graduate School of Technology, deployed to an active user base of over 1200 college students and other college departments. He also developed core modules including social media integration and college fest management, migrated the codebase to the MVVM architecture using Room and Retrofit, and collaborated with web and design teams to continuously deliver features. Shantanu has also worked as a backend intern at Artivatic.ai. Shantanu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from SIES College, where he graduated in 2020. He is interested in communicating with people to apply creative solutions to problems and transform them into tangible products that are scalable. With 3.20 years of relevant experience, Shantanu is a highly skilled and motivated developer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
