At Sanyog Technologies, he sourced candidates through the database, job sites, consultants, references and head hunting for the clients, and arranged interviews for the shortlists. Shantonu holds a PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma Program in Human Resource Management) from NMIMS and a Bachelor’s Degree from Bangalore University.
